DuBrin has been with Ethan Christopher, LLC since its inception and offers 25 years of Property Management and Construction Management expertise to the company.

She has successfully orchestrated major renovation for several of the properties as well as managed new construction and tenant improvements.

Prior to her current position with Ethan Christopher, LLC, DuBrin managed the California portfolio for HealthCare Financial Partners REIT which consisted of medical facilities on the campus of the Sherman Oaks Hospital and Health Center, Sherman Oaks California and the Mayo Clinic in Valencia, California.

From 1985 to 1994 DuBrin worked as both a Project Coordinator and Accounts Payable Supervisor for Watt Industries. In these capacities she coordinated a 61 lot sale project, administered a $5 million contract for off site improvements and negotiated, wrote and reviewed contracts as well as negotiated labor, contractor and sub-contractor disputes.

DuBrin was the Director of Accounting and Finance for Kreisel Company Inc. a property management company in New York City. In this position she made presentations of Kreisel Company's accounting system to prospective clients, monitored the construction and profitability of a $7 million dollar condominium project, consulted with clients and supervised the accounting staff.
