- Arizona: Phoenix and surrounding area.
- Colorado: Denver and Front Range Cities
- Other metropolitan cities within an hour flight

Product Type:
- Medical office building (need not be on hospital campus)
- Shopping centers (need not be drug/market anchored

Deal Size:
- $3,000,000 and up
- No Maximum

Occupancy:
- Prefer value added transactions (70-85% leased)
- Will Purchase stabilized properties with an upside.

Tenancy:
- At least five tenants

Lease Term:
- Staggered Lease expiration dates
